Displaying the Menu

 I have started posting my kitchen dinner menu lately. It's kind of fun and very motivating. I have more desire to pick up a sieve, a potato peeler, a bag of frozen shrimp or a bunch of radishes when I see my menu displayed.

Maybe that's why the experts tell us to plan. I am the worst planner ever. On the other hand, my hubby is the king of planning. He gets more done than anyone I know and his to-do list is at the center of it all. Thankfully, his behavior has rubbed off on me, well at least a little. We've been married for 39 years, so I don't know why it took me so long to observe and learn this skill from him. I can safely say that the few times that I have thoroughly planned something out it has succeeded.
